RAY&RO CARS LTD – Complimentary Coverage

At RAY&RO CARS LTD, we include a FREE 3-month extended warranty on eligible used vehicles to give customers added peace of mind. This warranty is provided at no additional cost and covers a wide range of mechanical and electrical components. ( See warranty booklet )

 

All vehicles sold by RAY&RO CARS LTD include a complimentary 1-month or 1,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) covering engine and gearbox mechanical failure only.

2. What is Covered (Engine and Gearbox Only)

This warranty covers sudden and unexpected mechanical breakdown of the following:

Engine (Internal Components Only)

  • Pistons

  • Camshaft

  • Crankshaft

  • Timing chain/belt (if failure is not due to service neglect)

  • Cylinder head (excluding cracks or overheating)

  • Valves and valve gear

Gearbox (Manual or Automatic)

  • All internal lubricated components

  • Gear sets

  • Bearings

  • Selector forks

  • Synchromesh

 

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Routine servicing and maintenance

  • Wear and tear parts (tyres, brake pads/discs, wiper blades, bulbs, etc.)

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or accident

  • Modifications or use for racing or off-road activities

  • Any faults existing at the time of sale (declared or otherwise accepted)

  • Bodywork, paint, and interior trim

  • Batteries and exhaust systems unless part of a covered fault

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Report any fault immediately to RAY&RO CARS LTD before any work is carried out.

  • Maintain regular servicing according to manufacturer specifications.

  • Keep records of any repairs or services carried out during the warranty period.

  • Not continue to drive the vehicle if it may cause further damage.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may void the warranty.

5. Claims Procedure

To make a claim:

  1. Contact us 07907052713 or RAYANDROCARSLTD@GMAIL.COM

  2. Provide vehicle registration, mileage, and a description of the issue.

  3. We reserve the right to inspect and approve all repairs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The warranty is valid only if the customer:

  • Notifies us of any issue as soon as it arises

  • Stops driving the vehicle if it could worsen the issue

  • Ensures the vehicle is properly maintained and fluids checked

  • Returns the vehicle to our premises for inspection and repair

Failure to follow these may void the warranty.

 

Return Policy

At RAY&RO CARS LTD, all vehicle sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except under the following condition:

  • A serious mechanical failure of the engine or gearbox occurs within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

  • The fault must render the vehicle unroadworthy or unfit for purpose.

  • The issue must be verified by our authorised technicians.
